Castles on the Horizon quilts by others

I'm always thrilled when I find out that someone has liked my pattern so much that they want to make their own version.  That feeling never gets old and I love seeing all the completed quilts.  Each one is unique and beautiful.

These are the Castles on the Horizon quilts that have been made (or are in the process of being made now) that I'm aware of.  Each creator has given me permission to share the photos, either in the past or recently.

The first one was a Christmas version made by my friend Katie who blogs over at Karma Willow Designs.  She named her version Castles at Christmas. I really like the effect with the dark background.
A group of friends on Instagram who call themselves the Charmpions has a QAL and chose my pattern.  Celine, who is a busy blogger over at Espritpatch, made this gorgeous version for a friend's 40th birthday.

What Cindy Did (on IG here) started this one but I can't find pics anywhere that she shared of the completed quilt.  I'm sure it was stunning.  Cindy if you are reading this and have finished this quilt, I'd love to see a picture of it.
This pretty quilt was made by Katrinahodgson1969, who lives in the UK.  She gifted it to her mom.  Besides sewing, she's been doing a lot of crocheting lately.
Lesley, the Cuddle Quilter made her quilt using the same Horizon fabric line.  It turned out so pretty. Unfortunately her blog is no longer in existence so I can't share the link with you.
Cathy Ewbank created her version with this lovely fabric line.  Cathy's on Instagram here.
Brooke aka The Quilty Ox (on IG here) was creating this one using a fabric line with lots of Southwest type colors.  I'd love to have a picture of the completed quilt.
Britta, greatbritten66 on IG made this pretty version which she then gave to her parents.
Margaret aka maggles67 on IG added narrow sashing to her quilt.  What a great idea!
Tanya started this new version 8 weeks ago.  You can follow her on IG at mamatots.
Lala (lhoff67 on IG) also made her quilt using the Horizon line by Kate Spain.
I hope these fabulous quilts inspires you to create your own Castles on the Horizon quilt.  If you do, please share a picture of it with me.  I'd love to see it!
